R\u00e9sultat : \u00ab Visual Components Robotics OLP \u00bb, une solution unifi\u00e9e servant \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 la simulation 3D et \u00e0 la programmation hors-ligne des robots. Elle permet d\u2019optimiser l&rsquo;utilisation des robots, de r\u00e9duire le m\u00e9lange de technologies, et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 globales de la production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Permettant d\u2019\u00e9valuer plusieurs sc\u00e9narios avant de construire une cellule automatis\u00e9e et d\u2019\u00e9viter les erreurs faites par des m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;apprentissage traditionnelles, le logiciel de programmation de robots hors-ligne offre aux clients de Visual Components un gain de temps consid\u00e9rable. Les utilisateurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient en outre d\u2019une flexibilit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle accrue avec la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper et de tester de nouveaux programmes m\u00eame lorsqu\u2019un robot est en cours d\u2019utilisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Partie int\u00e9grante de cette nouvelle offre unifi\u00e9e, la version 4.10 de la solution cl\u00e9 en main pour la simulation et l&rsquo;\u00e9mulation est destin\u00e9e aux int\u00e9grateurs de syst\u00e8mes, fabricants d\u2019\u00e9quipements d\u2019origine (OEM) et entreprises industrielles. Parmi les principales nouveaut\u00e9s, l\u2019int\u00e9gration de 3Dfindit offre aux utilisateurs un acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es CAO 3D de milliers de catalogues de fabricants directement depuis le logiciel de simulation de Visual Components. Une am\u00e9lioration significative des performances des nuages de points a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 op\u00e9r\u00e9e : les temps de chargement des nuages de points de grande taille sont consid\u00e9rablement plus rapides, et l&rsquo;optimisation du niveau de d\u00e9tail (LOD) peut d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre activ\u00e9e. En r\u00e9sulte une des simulations plus r\u00e9alistes et plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9es, donc moins de surprises lors du passage du monde num\u00e9rique au monde r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de construire une nouvelle usine, d\u2019agrandir une installation existante ou d\u2019automatiser un processus, la simulation 3D offre un terrain d\u2019essai virtuel pour tester les plans \u00e0 l\u2019avance, d\u00e9tecter les \u00e9ventuels probl\u00e8mes et limiter les risques d\u2019investissement infructueux. Pour ce faire, Visual Components propose une biblioth\u00e8que de 2 700 mod\u00e8les 3D de composants param\u00e9trables et interconnectables (convoyeurs, robots et cobots de toutes marques, robots mobiles, CNC, machines de moulage par injection, m\u00e9langeurs, machines d\u2019emballage, racks, etc.).
