Cependant, les encres \u00e0 base de NC constituent \u00e9galement une pr\u00e9occupation majeure en mati\u00e8re de recyclage. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En raison de la stabilit\u00e9 thermique limit\u00e9e de la nitrocellulose, elles peuvent entra\u00eener une odeur d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able, une d\u00e9coloration et une r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique moindre du produit recycl\u00e9, ce qui peut entraver le processus de recyclage des mat\u00e9riaux.<br>Pour y rem\u00e9dier, le fabricant d\u2019encres d\u2019impression et de rev\u00eatements pour les emballages et \u00e9tiquettes Siegwerk d\u00e9voile la premi\u00e8re s\u00e9rie d\u2019encres sans NC, sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ue pour l\u2019impression de surface en flexo et h\u00e9lio sur des emballages flexibles en PE et PP. \u00abNous permettons d\u00e9sormais aux imprimeurs et aux transformateurs de mieux r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande d\u2019emballages flexibles sans NC, garantissant une excellente qualit\u00e9 de recyclage conforme aux derni\u00e8res directives Design for Recycling (D4R) sans compromettre les performances d\u2019impression ou d\u2019emballage\u00bb, explique d\u00e9clare Bj\u00f6rn Ewig, responsable de la technologie packaging souple EMEA chez Siegwerk. Toutes les solutions sont enti\u00e8rement conformes aux directives de recyclage en vigueur et sont disponibles sous forme d\u2019encre pr\u00eate \u00e0 l\u2019emploi ou de syst\u00e8mes de m\u00e9langes ma\u00eetres.<br>Siegwerk s\u2019appuie sur un ensemble de liants polyur\u00e9thane exclusifs d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s en interne en remplacement de la nitrocellulose, qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait ses preuves en termes d\u2019imprimabilit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique et thermique \u00e9lev\u00e9e.
