Available in 21 and 25mu thickness\/gauges, ovenable and with anti-fog properties, it seals to all PET based trays (including PET lined board trays and PET lacquered foils).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K-Peel 4G boasts a low seal initiation point and is capable of sealing through contamination. Clean peels are achievable from as little as 110\u00b0C and 0.3 seconds dwell time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This low seal initiation point also means it\u2019s compatible with all PET trays and provides a clean, strong, peels for APET and rPET trays. Trays which present sealing challenges because of thickness or available sealing area are also a key area where for K-Peel 4G can perform well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K-Peel 4G offers a clean peel for ambient, chilled or frozen applications and is ovenable. Additionally, it has anti-fog properties, being compliant to OM7 migration testing, giving it a vast range of use cases across the breadth of the food industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re pleased to be able to launch this new material into the marketplace. The advantages of a low seal imitation temperature means K-Peel 4G has a broad range of lidding applications across the industry. The adaptability of 4G is what sets it apart from the rest\u201d, said Alan Lockhart, Commercial Director \u2013 UK &amp; Eire, comments on the launch of this new material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The material is available in two gauges, 21 microns and 25 microns.
