C\u2019est au tour de la marque Petit Bateau de lancer son mod\u00e8le en deux formats comme une vraie valeur ajout\u00e9e, \u00e0 proposer sur les points de vente et en ligne. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce choix permet de soutenir l\u2019industrie fran\u00e7aise en collaborant avec un atelier proche de sa plateforme logistique pr\u00e8s de Troyes. Le partenariat avec les sites industriels de Migennes et d\u2019Avallon situ\u00e9s en Bourgogne \u00e9tait tout indiqu\u00e9. Autre avantage\u00a0: limiter les d\u00e9chets en responsabilisant le client \u00e0 travers une offre plus qualitative. Petit Bateau souhaite sensibiliser les consommateurs \u00e0 la notion de ressources. Enfin, la marque a volontairement limit\u00e9 le nombre de formats de boites \u00e0 deux tailles pour lesquelles les \u00e9quipes de Verpack ont d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 un mod\u00e8le sur mesure et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 les outillages utiles \u00e0 une production en automatique\u2009; ceci afin de gagner en fluidit\u00e9 dans la gestion des commandes. Cette bo\u00eete est constitu\u00e9e d\u2019une cuvette et d\u2019une couverture en micro-cannelure afin d\u2019en all\u00e9ger le poids. Elle est ensuite habill\u00e9e sur trois faces, d\u2019un papier imprim\u00e9. Elle se ferme \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un ruban tr\u00e8s chic. Chacune des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences (cartons\/papiers) est labellis\u00e9e FSC et le papier d\u2019habillage (non couch\u00e9) est en partie compos\u00e9 de fibres vierges. Sa blancheur ajoute une allure qualitative.
