Il alimente des op\u00e9rations \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions de carbone gr\u00e2ce au lancement du \u00ab\u00a0Green Energy Hub\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec une capacit\u00e9 install\u00e9e de 2,1\u00a0MW, le syst\u00e8me solaire de Sidel Beijing devrait produire 4\u00a0394\u00a0700 kWh par an, couvrant ainsi 60\u00a0% des besoins quotidiens en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 de l\u2019usine et r\u00e9duisant les \u00e9missions de CO\u2082 de 2\u00a0452\u00a0tonnes par an. Gr\u00e2ce au mod\u00e8le innovant d\u2019autoconsommation avec injection des exc\u00e9dents, 35\u00a0% de l\u2019\u00e9nergie propre produite sera r\u00e9inject\u00e9e dans le r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique municipal via des r\u00e9seaux \u00e9lectriques intelligents, apr\u00e8s avoir satisfait la demande sur site. Cela permet une allocation optimis\u00e9e et une utilisation efficace de l\u2019\u00e9nergie verte, transformant chaque rayon de soleil en \u00e9nergie durable. Les investissements environnementaux continus et les innovations ont permis d\u2019obtenir les certifications 2025, notamment le syst\u00e8me de gestion de l\u2019\u00e9nergie ISO 50001:2018; ISO 14064-1:2018 Usine Z\u00e9ro Carbone\u00a0; et GB\/T 39257-2020 \/ GB\/T 33635-2017 Gestion de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement verte 5 \u00e9toiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019usine chinoise est \u00e9galement \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019un syst\u00e8me intelligent de gestion de l\u2019\u00c9nergie (EMS) et d\u2019un Syst\u00e8me d\u2019Automatisation des b\u00e2timents (BAS) pour un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis de l\u2019\u00e9nergie\u00a0; un programme de modernisation de la conversion de fr\u00e9quence des \u00e9quipements pour r\u00e9duire la consommation\u00a0; une technologie de distillation \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature pour minimiser les effluents de la passivation par lavage \u00e0 l\u2019acide\u00a0; l\u2019optimisation continue des syst\u00e8mes de recyclage de l\u2019eau permettant d\u2019\u00e9conomiser des centaines de tonnes par an\u00a0; un \u00e9clairage am\u00e9lior\u00e9 qui r\u00e9duit la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie tout en am\u00e9liorant le confort des employ\u00e9s\u00a0; et des bornes de recharge pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques sur place afin de promouvoir des d\u00e9placements plus \u00e9cologiques et une empreinte carbone plus faible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sidel a pour objectif de r\u00e9duire de 73\u00a0% ses \u00e9missions Scope 1 et 2 par rapport \u00e0 2019 et a d\u00e9j\u00e0 atteint 64\u00a0% de r\u00e9duction en 2024.
