Connu pour son expertise en sciences de la vie et autres industries complexes, Automation NTH a \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9 d\u2019augmenter la capacit\u00e9 du fabricant tout en r\u00e9duisant le co\u00fbt unitaire, sans modifier le processus d\u2019assemblage valid\u00e9 ni augmenter la superficie des salles blanches.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le processus d\u2019assemblage du fabricant comprenait environ 30 \u00e9tapes complexes, telles que le cintrage de fils fins, le soudage, la d\u00e9pose d\u2019\u00e9poxy et le durcissement. Chaque \u00e9tape n\u00e9cessitait une extr\u00eame pr\u00e9cision, rendant l\u2019automatisation complexe. Au d\u00e9part, Automation NTH a mis en \u0153uvre un syst\u00e8me d\u2019assemblage modulaire valid\u00e9 bas\u00e9 sur des convoyeurs \u00e0 courroie traditionnels. Bien qu\u2019efficace, le syst\u00e8me pr\u00e9sentait des limites en termes de vitesse et de flexibilit\u00e9, ce qui posait probl\u00e8me dans la perspective d\u2019une mont\u00e9e en r\u00e9gime constante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conscient des contraintes pos\u00e9es par la technologie de convoyeur traditionnel, Automation NTH s\u2019est tourn\u00e9e vers le syst\u00e8me MagneMover LITE\u2122 de Rockwell Automation, un convoyeur intelligent con\u00e7u pour les applications \u00e0 grande vitesse et haute pr\u00e9cision. Contrairement aux syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 courroie conventionnels, MagneMover LITE utilise des chariots \u00e0 propulsion magn\u00e9tique qui se d\u00e9placent ind\u00e9pendamment les uns des autres, les pi\u00e8ces pouvant ainsi \u00eatre achemin\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re dynamique sur toute la cha\u00eene de montage en fonction des besoins de production en temps r\u00e9el. Cette proc\u00e9dure garantit une meilleure efficacit\u00e9 et un encombrement nettement r\u00e9duit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour int\u00e9grer cette technologie de fa\u00e7on transparente, Automation NTH a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un moteur logiciel propri\u00e9taire qui sert d\u2019interface entre les chariots MagneMover LITE et l\u2019automate. Ce logiciel permet un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis de l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration, de la vitesse et des affectations aux diff\u00e9rents postes, garantissant ainsi une efficacit\u00e9 maximale \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape de la production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u dans un souci de flexibilit\u00e9. Le dispositif m\u00e9dical \u00e9tant d\u00e9sormais enti\u00e8rement assembl\u00e9 en machine, le fabricant souhaite avoir la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019int\u00e9grer des processus de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement et de chargement manuels et robotiques en fonction des besoins de l\u2019entreprise. Automation NTH a con\u00e7u le syst\u00e8me permettant de prendre en charge les deux approches, assurant ainsi l\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9 aux futures exigences de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fabricant a pu doubler la vitesse et la capacit\u00e9 de production avec la m\u00eame surface au sol, ce qui a permis de r\u00e9duire de 40\u00a0% le co\u00fbt par pi\u00e8ce. En rempla\u00e7ant le syst\u00e8me de convoyeur \u00e0 courroie, la compacit\u00e9 du convoyeur intelligent a \u00e9galement permis de r\u00e9duire l\u2019empreinte de l\u2019application de 38\u00a0%.
