Objectif : concevoir une barquette r\u00e9employable unique, compatible avec des lignes de production diff\u00e9rentes, tout en s\u2019inscrivant dans une d\u00e9marche d\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La solution retenue est une barquette thermoform\u00e9e en polypropyl\u00e8ne noir Kaplight\u00ae. Son design a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement pens\u00e9 pour favoriser le r\u00e9emploi, conform\u00e9ment aux exigences des march\u00e9s traiteur (salades, plats cuisin\u00e9s, etc.). Sa surface lisse facilite le lavage industriel, tandis que son format, compatible avec le r\u00e9-operculage, s\u2019int\u00e8gre sans contrainte sur les lignes de production. R\u00e9sultat : une fermeture automatique efficace, sans rupture de cadence. Sur le plan esth\u00e9tique, R3PACK rompt avec les codes du plastique transparent \u00e0 usage unique. Son noir profond v\u00e9hicule une image premium et met en valeur les produits \u2013 notamment les salades ou plats cuisin\u00e9s \u2013 en cr\u00e9ant un contraste \u00e9l\u00e9gant qui capte l\u2019attention en rayon. Bien que R3PACK soit un emballage standardis\u00e9, il n\u2019en reste pas moins hautement personnalisable. Les marques conservent la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019exprimer leur identit\u00e9 propre \u00e0 travers des illustrations, marquages, \u00e9tiquettes ou \u00e9l\u00e9ments graphiques sp\u00e9cifiques.
