Cet investissement de 111 millions d\u2019euros marque une \u00e9tape majeure dans la strat\u00e9gie de croissance de Verallia au Br\u00e9sil, refl\u00e9tant la vision \u00e0 long terme du Groupe et son engagement en faveur de l\u2019innovation durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab La mise en service du four de Campo Bom constitue une \u00e9tape significative dans le parcours de Verallia vers la d\u00e9carbonation de ses proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de production et l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de l\u2019innovation sur nos march\u00e9s. Ce projet incarne notre ambition d\u2019investir dans des technologies durables, de renforcer notre pr\u00e9sence dans des r\u00e9gions strat\u00e9giques et de d\u00e9montrer une nouvelle fois notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 construire des solutions align\u00e9es avec les ambitions environnementales de nos clients \u00bb, commente Patrice Lucas, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Groupe Verallia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le four int\u00e8gre des syst\u00e8mes de production de pointe, augmentant la capacit\u00e9 de Campo Bom \u00e0 820 tonnes de verre par jour et introduisant trois lignes de production. Pour accompagner cette expansion, Verallia a cr\u00e9\u00e9 \u00e0 ce jour 108 nouveaux emplois, dont 21 femmes et 7 personnes en situation de handicap. Les sites combin\u00e9s de Campo Bom 1 et Campo Bom 2 emploient d\u00e9sormais 267 personnes. Plus de 74 000 heures de formation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 dispens\u00e9es pour pr\u00e9parer les nouveaux employ\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019exploitation des syst\u00e8mes avanc\u00e9s du four, soutenues par des initiatives de partage de connaissances avec les \u00e9quipes des sites Verallia de Jacutinga (MG) et Porto Ferreira (SP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Avec le four de Campo Bom, Verallia va doubler sa capacit\u00e9 install\u00e9e dans le Rio Grande do Sul, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi notre r\u00f4le de partenaire strat\u00e9gique de l\u2019industrie viticole br\u00e9silienne \u00bb, explique Quintin Testa, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Verallia Am\u00e9rique latine. \u00ab L\u2019usine de Campo Bom dessert historiquement le march\u00e9 national des vins tranquilles, des vins effervescents et des jus de raisin. Avec le d\u00e9marrage de ce nouveau four, l\u2019usine continuera \u00e0 servir ces march\u00e9s et \u00e9largira sa capacit\u00e9 d\u2019op\u00e9ration \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les autorit\u00e9s locales et r\u00e9gionales, positionnant davantage Verallia comme un partenaire industriel de long terme dans le Rio Grande do Sul et illustrant la valeur de la coop\u00e9ration public-priv\u00e9 pour l\u2019innovation et la croissance r\u00e9gionales. \u00ab Cet investissement de Verallia \u00e0 Campo Bom r\u00e9sulte d\u2019un partenariat solide avec le gouvernement de l\u2019\u00c9tat, qui a apport\u00e9 un soutien essentiel via le Fundopem pour rendre cette nouvelle op\u00e9ration possible. C\u2019est une r\u00e9ussite qui renforce notre \u00e9conomie, g\u00e9n\u00e8re des emplois et des revenus pour nos citoyens, et positionne l\u2019\u00c9tat comme une r\u00e9gion de plus en plus comp\u00e9titive et tourn\u00e9e vers l\u2019innovation \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Eduardo Leite, Gouverneur de l\u2019\u00c9tat du Rio Grande do Sul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en partenariat avec Air Liquide et Air Industrie Transition, le four utilise la technologie d\u2019oxycombustion HeatOx\u2122, qui pr\u00e9chauffe l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne \u00e0 550 \u00b0C et le gaz naturel \u00e0 450 \u00b0C \u00e0 partir des gaz de combustion du four. Cela am\u00e9liore l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 thermique et r\u00e9duit la consommation d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne et de combustible. Un syst\u00e8me de suralimentation \u00e9lectrique compl\u00e8te le processus, r\u00e9duisant l\u2019utilisation de combustibles fossiles lors de la fusion.
