{"id":45955,"date":"2025-10-31T13:55:58","date_gmt":"2025-10-31T12:55:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/?p=45955"},"modified":"2025-11-05T13:58:18","modified_gmt":"2025-11-05T12:58:18","slug":"un-remplissage-robotise-pour-tendre-vers-le-zero-perte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/en\/un-remplissage-robotise-pour-tendre-vers-le-zero-perte\/","title":{"rendered":"Un remplissage robotis\u00e9 pour tendre vers le z\u00e9ro perte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Steriline d\u00e9voilait sur le dernier salon CPHI \u00e0 Francfort (Allemagne) la nouvelle ligne de remplissage robotis\u00e9e RNFM22, qui \u00e9tait destin\u00e9e \u00e0 Beximco Pharmaceuticals, un acteur \u00e9mergent dans le domaine des m\u00e9dicaments g\u00e9n\u00e9riques qui s\u2019est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 fournir un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des m\u00e9dicaments abordables.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La RNFM22 est une solution robotique avanc\u00e9e con\u00e7ue pour l\u2019emballage primaire, id\u00e9ale non seulement pour les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s pharmaceutiques mais aussi pour toutes les CDMO, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s qui offrent des services de fabrication de m\u00e9dicaments aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s pharmaceutiques.\u00a0La machine g\u00e8re des bouteilles embo\u00eet\u00e9es (de 6R \u00e0 50R) et peut \u00eatre configur\u00e9e pour pr\u00e9parer \u00e9galement des seringues pr\u00e9-remplies (PFS) et des cartouches. \u00c9quip\u00e9e d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de dosage Combo (pompes p\u00e9ristaltiques ou volum\u00e9triques, selon le type de produit) et d\u2019un syst\u00e8me IPC pour le contr\u00f4le du poids (statistique ou \u00e0 100%, selon les besoins du client), la RNFM22 utilise trois robots St\u00e4ubli pour manipuler les conteneurs primaires sans contact verre-verre. La machine est \u00e9galement \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019un alimentateur vibrant de bouchons avec un syst\u00e8me de changement de format sans outil et un syst\u00e8me d\u2019inspection de la position des bouchons \u00e0 la sortie. Bien que cette composante d\u2019inspection ne soit pas pr\u00e9sente dans la solution pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e, elle peut \u00eatre facilement int\u00e9gr\u00e9e. La ligne sur le stand de CPHI consistait en une station de d\u00e9sensachage automatique (ADB), qui retire la barquette du sac de protection externe, une station de retrait automatique du couvercle et de la doublure (ADE), qui retire deux feuilles de Tyvek\u00ae (en particulier, le couvercle sup\u00e9rieur thermoscell\u00e9 et le rev\u00eatement interne reposant sur le dessus du support) et une machine de remplissage robotis\u00e9e en deux \u00e9tapes, RNFM22, qui traite les conteneurs \u00abembo\u00eet\u00e9s\u00bb directement, en \u00e9vitant tout contact verre-verre. \u00ab Cette approche diff\u00e8re des lignes traditionnelles et n\u00e9cessite une technologie sp\u00e9cifique avanc\u00e9e. La pr\u00e9sence de robots et de cam\u00e9ras \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape du processus de remplissage, de bouchage et de capsulage garantit \u00e9galement une flexibilit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle maximale\u00a0\u00bb, explique Zaim Gashi, directeur de la zone de vente pour l\u2019Asie du Sud-Est et les Balkans de Steriline.
