Les deux industriels viennent de signer l\u2019accord d\u00e9finitif constitutif d\u2019un partenariat strat\u00e9gique pour d\u00e9ployer \u00e0 tr\u00e8s grande \u00e9chelle la technologie de biorecyclage du PET de l\u2019entreprise fran\u00e7aise en Asie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de cet accord avec la filiale cot\u00e9e du Groupe Zhink, 3<sup>e<\/sup>&nbsp;producteur de PET en Chine et 4<sup>e<\/sup>&nbsp;\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale, Carbios entend poursuivre le d\u00e9ploiement de sa technologie de biorecyclage du PET en Asie, dont la pierre angulaire reposera sur la construction et l\u2019exploitation d\u2019une usine de biorecyclage du PET en Chine d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 de traitement de 50&nbsp;000 tonnes de d\u00e9chets PET. L\u2019arrangement pr\u00e9voit l\u2019actionnariat majoritaire \u00e0 Wankai avec une d\u00e9tention de 70% du capital, les 30% restants \u00e9tant d\u00e9tenus par Carbios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;La signature de cet accord marque la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un partenariat strat\u00e9gique d\u2019envergure avec le Groupe Zhink. Nous franchissons une \u00e9tape d\u00e9cisive pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9ploiement international de notre technologie, une innovation cl\u00e9 dans la lutte contre la pollution plastique. C\u2019est un jalon majeur pour concr\u00e9tiser notre mod\u00e8le de licence&nbsp;\u00bb, commente Vincent Kamel, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Carbios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le financement de la construction de l\u2019usine \u2013 dont le montant est \u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e0 115 millions d\u2019euros \u2013 sera assur\u00e9 \u00e0 hauteur de 30 % par des capitaux propres et 70 % par de l\u2019endettement, l\u2019ensemble de la dette \u00e9tant garantie par Wankai. Le site industriel sera situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Haining (province du Zhejiang) sur un site mis \u00e0 disposition par Wankai, d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9quip\u00e9 des infrastructures (\u00e9quipements, traitements des d\u00e9chets, \u2026), ce qui permettra de r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt de l\u2019investissement. La construction de l\u2019usine devrait d\u00e9buter au cours du premier trimestre 2026, avec pour objectif une mise en service d\u2019ici le premier trimestre 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, Carbios et Wankai ont \u00e9galement valid\u00e9 le contrat de licence, qui sera octroy\u00e9 par Carbios \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 commune d\u00e8s sa constitution. Les deux acteurs se sont d\u2019ailleurs engag\u00e9s sur le long terme avec l\u2019ambition de construire et exploiter plusieurs usines de biorecyclage du PET en Asie. Le fran\u00e7ais s\u2019engage ainsi \u00e0 licencier exclusivement sa technologie de d\u00e9polym\u00e9risation du PET en Asie \u00e0 Wankai pour une dur\u00e9e de trois ans, sous r\u00e9serve de signatures avec ce dernier de licences d\u2019au moins 100 kt par an de capacit\u00e9 additionnelle. Cette dur\u00e9e sera prolong\u00e9e par p\u00e9riodes de cinq ans si des licences suppl\u00e9mentaires d\u2019au moins 200 kt par an de capacit\u00e9 additionnelle sont sign\u00e9es.
