Cette nouvelle installation marque une \u00e9tape majeure dans la strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9carbonation du verrier et permettra de r\u00e9duire d\u2019environ 50% les \u00e9missions de CO<\/strong>\u2082 <strong>(scopes 1 et 2), avec un potentiel pouvant atteindre 60% selon le mix \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet du four hybride de Saragosse, lanc\u00e9 en 2022 et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 avec Sorg a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 un investissement total de 63 millions d\u2019euros. Le four hybride associe 70% d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 renouvelable et 30 % de gaz naturel ou de biocombustible, permettant de r\u00e9duire significativement l\u2019impact environnemental tout en garantissant la fiabilit\u00e9 du processus de production et la flexibilit\u00e9 industrielle. Avec trois lignes de production, le four offre une grande agilit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle et permet de produire diff\u00e9rentes couleurs de verre. \u00c0 pleine capacit\u00e9, le site de Saragosse &#8211; qui dispose de deux fours &#8211; portera sa production \u00e0 1,3 million de contenants par jour, confortant son r\u00f4le de site de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence sur la p\u00e9ninsule Ib\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab La mise en service de notre premier four hybride \u00e0 Saragosse constitue une \u00e9tape significative dans la d\u00e9carbonation de nos proc\u00e9d\u00e9s, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectrification progressive de la fusion du verre. Cette \u00e9tape s\u2019inscrit dans l\u2019engagement plus large de Verallia en faveur de la d\u00e9carbonation de l\u2019industrie de l\u2019emballage en verre, au travers d\u2019investissements dans des technologies qui pr\u00e9parent l\u2019ensemble de notre cha\u00eene de valeur \u00e0 des mod\u00e8les de production plus durables \u00bb, commente Patrice Lucas, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Groupe Verallia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de son impact environnemental, ce nouveau four apporte un gain capacit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire pour soutenir la croissance du march\u00e9 espagnol, l\u2019un des plus dynamiques d\u2019Europe. Sa flexibilit\u00e9 renforc\u00e9e permettra de r\u00e9pondre plus efficacement \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 des besoins des producteurs de vin, de spiritueux et de boissons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Ce nouveau four hybride repr\u00e9sente une avanc\u00e9e d\u00e9terminante pour notre activit\u00e9 en Espagne. Il fait du site de Saragosse un exemple pertinent d\u2019\u00e9lectrification industrielle appliqu\u00e9e au secteur verrier. Il nous permettra d\u2019accompagner nos clients avec une capacit\u00e9 renforc\u00e9e, une flexibilit\u00e9 accrue et des solutions \u00e0 plus faible empreinte carbone. Cet investissement t\u00e9moigne de notre engagement envers le territoire ib\u00e9rique et de notre volont\u00e9 d\u2019offrir une production plus durable, tout en maintenant les standards de qualit\u00e9 et de service qui font la force de Verallia en Espagne \u00bb, explique Paulo Pinto, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Verallia Ib\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En compl\u00e9ment de l\u2019inauguration du four hybride, l\u2019usine \u2013 situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Cuarte de Huerva \u2013 a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une modernisation majeure de ses infrastructures \u00e9lectriques ainsi que de l\u2019installation d\u2019une unit\u00e9 de production d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne d\u00e9di\u00e9e afin de soutenir le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fusion hybride. Le site emploie plus de 200 personnes. L\u2019investissement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu par le gouvernement d\u2019Aragon comme un projet d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat r\u00e9gional, soulignant son importance \u00e9conomique et industrielle pour le territoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet investissement s\u2019inscrit dans la feuille de route RSE de Verallia, d\u00e9sormais renforc\u00e9e par la validation par la SBTi1 de sa trajectoire Net Zero 2040\u00a0: le Groupe vise une r\u00e9duction de 46,2% de ses \u00e9missions de CO\u2082 (scopes 1 et 2) d\u2019ici 2030 par rapport \u00e0 2019, et de 90% d\u2019ici 2040.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce contexte, le Groupe d\u00e9ploie au sein de son r\u00e9seau industriel un portefeuille diversifi\u00e9 de technologies de fusion bas carbone. Celui-ci comprend la technologie 100% \u00e9lectrique (Cognac, France), la technologie super-boost\u00e9e (Chalon-sur-Sa\u00f4ne, France), la technologie d\u2019oxy-combustion (Campo Bom, Br\u00e9sil et Pescia, Italie), ainsi que les nouveaux fours hybrides du Groupe (Saragosse, Espagne, et un second pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 Saint-Romain-le-Puy, France). Ces projets pilotes permettent aux \u00e9quipes d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie de Verallia de d\u00e9velopper ces technologies innovantes, d\u2019en optimiser les conditions d\u2019exploitation en termes de co\u00fbts et d\u2019efficacit\u00e9, ainsi que de d\u00e9velopper les comp\u00e9tences et le savoir-faire n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019exploitation et \u00e0 la maintenance de ces fours.
