Cette machine haute performance conditionne barres chocolat\u00e9es, comprim\u00e9s et pralines en flowpacks et s\u2019adresse sp\u00e9cifiquement aux fabricants de chocolat, confiseries, barres de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et prot\u00e9in\u00e9es, aliments fonctionnels et snacks, ainsi qu\u2019au co-packing et sous-traitants. Theegarten-Pactec propose \u00e9galement, avec cette nouvelle machine, un syst\u00e8me int\u00e9gr\u00e9 alimentant directement l\u2019encartonneuse BLM avec les barres flowpack\u00e9es. La FPC6 a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour une utilisation optimale et une prise en main facilit\u00e9e par l\u2019op\u00e9rateur. Affichage simplifi\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une IHM automatis\u00e9e et d\u00e9montage sans outil de l\u2019unit\u00e9 de scellage sont ainsi propos\u00e9s. De plus, la machine traite une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de formats de produits avec plusieurs types de scellage\u00a0: scellage \u00e0 froid, scellage \u00e0 chaud et soudage par s\u00e9paration pour les films hydrosolubles. Par ailleurs, un nouveau syst\u00e8me d\u2019accouplement dans l\u2019entra\u00eenement de l\u2019unit\u00e9 de scellage transversal accro\u00eet la dur\u00e9e de vie des composants. Associ\u00e9 au dispositif de scellage, le syst\u00e8me \u00abFlying Splice\u00bb automatise les \u00e9tapes critiques qui n\u00e9cessitaient auparavant un enfilage et un collage pr\u00e9cis de la bande adh\u00e9sive double face. De plus, les changements de rouleau s\u2019effectuent sans ralentissement, m\u00eame \u00e0 une vitesse d\u2019emballage de 150\u00a0m\/min. Ainsi, la FPC6 excelle avec des trajets d\u2019alimentation courts, m\u00eame en fonctionnement \u00e0 haute performance.
