They can therefore improve identification and sorting while enhancing the quality of recycled material streams. The technology is particularly suited to demanding applications, such as frozen food packaging, where traditional labels may be less appropriate. The collected data is then made available to brands through the Polytag platform, enabling them to track what happens to their packaging, optimise its design and better meet Extended Producer Responsibility requirements.
