Mr. Rolf Stangl is appointed as Executive Chairman.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under his almost 8 years as CEO, Marco Nespolo has played a key role in engineering and leading the transformation of the Group, strengthening its market position and driving its significant international growth, both organically and through several acquisitions. He will maintain his equity investment in the Group, and he will continue to support the Shareholders and the management team as a Board member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Board of Directors of the Issuer, having acknowledged Mr.\u00a0Nespolo\u2019s\u00a0resignation, has appointed Mr. Rolf Stangl as Executive Chairman of the Issuer effective with the same date. This appointment\u00a0is\u00a0part of the Board\u2019s ongoing commitment to\u00a0continue to evolve the Group\u2019s management and governance structures in line with the Fedrigoni Group and OpCos strategy. Mr. Stangl as Executive Chairman, together with the Group CFO and OpCos CEOs will work together to continue and accelerate the profitable growth of the group.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rolf Stangl&nbsp;brings&nbsp;more than two decades of leadership experience in the global packaging industry, as well as extensive executive and board experience across both private equity-backed and publicly listed companies.
