ITALY: A creative and durable paperboard box

In partnership with Coesia Packaging Innovation Center, Acma has developed the paperboard box Ecoshell, which combines the convenience of dosage with ease of use.

A new technology allows to create original, scalable and flexible shapes to achieve a high degree of customization for confectionery and personal care markets. It mainly targets the developed and mature markets of Europe and the United States. Sustainability is the central axis around which the paperboard box was built to replace conventional plastic packaging with intrinsic robustness. According to the Boston Consulting Group and Trivium Packaging, more than 70% of American consumers are willing to spend more on a product packaged in sustainable packaging.
