Linear motors and screwing systems

Exclusive partner of Linmot in France, Transtechnik introduces its new range of linear motors, guides and magnetic compensation (Magspring), 100% Inox.

The body and the slider of these motors are made of 316L stainless steel as well as the mounting flange. The motor supply and feedback connector is IP 69K certified. These motors have a hygienic and compact design. All connections are welded and all motors are equipped with bearings and seals. Due to their interfaces, it is possible to assemble the motors and guides together, allowing to create your own 100% stainless steel manipulators. This new range is specifically dedicated to the Food and Pharmaceutical industries, Cosmetic and Medical sectors. The company also introduces its PR01 and PR02 screwing systems mounted on high-speed linear axes. These systems have been specifically designed and programmed to meet the problems of orientation, clipping, capping, pre screwing and screwing at torque and angle.
