With a new modular machine, an optimized print deck and production speeds of up to 600 m/min, ONEFLEX brings a new level of performance, accessibility and future readiness to CI flexo printing.
Windmöller & Hölscher (W&H) introduces ONEFLEX, a new CI flexographic printing press for flexible packaging production. ONEFLEX marks the launch of a new modular machine developed for packaging printers who need strong performance, easier operation and the flexibility to meet changing market requirements. The press combines a new platform architecture with improved accessibility, operator-friendly handling and a newly developed print deck designed for high print stability in demanding production environments.
At the heart of ONEFLEX is its new print deck. It is engineered to deliver excellent print stability and reliable performance at production speeds of up to 600 m/min. With printing widths of up to 1,650 mm, ONEFLEX also brings a format range to this segment that was previously reserved for W&H’s premium machine portfolio. The press is available with 8 or 10 color decks, giving customers the flexibility to configure the machine around their production needs.
“ONEFLEX is not just another CI flexo press. It is a new machine that brings key strengths of W&H CI flexo technology together in one machine,” said Holger Kreilkamp, Director Product Management, W&H. “The new print deck, the modular architecture and the operator-focused design are all built around what printers need in daily production: stable print quality, high output, easier operation and the flexibility to meet changing production requirements.”
Safety and ease of operation were central development priorities for ONEFLEX. The result is the safest CI flexo press W&H has built to date, combining advanced safety features with improved accessibility, an operator-oriented layout and simplified handling throughout daily production.
For customers with even higher performance requirements, W&H will also offer ONEFLEX Ultimate. This high-performance configuration is designed for applications where the last percentages make the difference: with production speeds of up to 700 m/min, extended repeat length, enhanced print stability and additional exclusive technologies.
