At its headquarters, Schreiner Group has taken a new high-performance printing machine into operation that combines the advantages of flexographic and digital printing in one system. With the FlexoHybrid 1.200 dpi, the high-tech company has invested in state-of-the-art technology and makes a strategic statement signaling the ongoing evolution of its production processes.

The new FlexoHybrid 1.200 dpi sets new standards by combining the previous fortes of classic flexographic printing with the potential of digital printing. The machine opens up new opportunities for both small print runs and industrial mass production in terms of quality, efficiency, and economy. Especially the machine’s high print resolution, short setup times, and resource-saving operation make it a central element of the company’s forward-looking manufacturing strategy.

“To secure our leading market position and to continue offering our customers maximum quality and flexibility, it was time for a technology leap,” said Lars Spitz, head of the flexographic printing segment Flexodruck at Schreiner Group. The FlexoHybrid 1.200 dpi is the result of a close developmental collaboration with renowned manufacturers and combines extensive suitability for personalization with high industrial performance capacity.

Another strategic advantage is the standardized machine concept offering the potential of usability at other locations as well. That provides the factory floor with additional flexibility and scalability while customers benefit from the same high manufacturing quality – regardless of the manufacturing plant where products are made. With this investment, Schreiner Group emphasizes agile, digital, and sustainable production while underpinning its role as a technology leader in the long run.
