Gruppo TecnoFerrari is strengthening its presence in North America with the relocation of TF USA’s headquarters from Tennessee to Chicago, Illinois. The new facility will enable the company to be closer to its customers and further expand its sales and service operations across the continent.
The inauguration, held on October 17, was attended by employees from the local branch, as well as numerous customers, industrial partners and representatives of industry associations ACIMAC and UCIMA. In addition to management and sales offices, the new facility includes a spacious spare parts warehouse. Its location, just minutes from Chicago O’Hare International Airport, was selected for strategic reasons.
«Chicago is a key hub for the entire Midwest,» says Mattia Davoli, CEO of TF USA & Customer Service Manager.«It also provides an ideal starting point for reaching our customers across the United States and Canada, thanks to the city’s strategic location and excellent transport links. It offers the perfect connection between Italy and North America, in a market that is particularly receptive to our technologies.»
Furthermore, many of the company’s customers have their headquarters or representative offices in Illinois. Chicago also offers access to a highly skilled local talent pool, with the expertise and qualifications needed to support TecnoFerrari’s business development in close collaboration with the Italian team.
«In the United States, TecnoFerrari’s main focus is on intralogistics,» adds Matteo Grigolo, Branches Director & Sales Area Manager. «Local companies are increasingly looking for automated solutions for their facilities that deliver high levels of efficiency and can be replicated across multiple production sites. Our ability to provide this kind of integrated solution is one of the key drivers behind our growth in the North American market.»
In North America, the company, headquartered in Fiorano Modenese, serves a wide range of industries, including Paper & Tissue, Food & Dairy, Automotive and Pharma, alongside the ceramics sector, Gruppo TecnoFerrari’s traditional core business.
